Tony and Dakota interview School of Rock owner Mark McKibben!Mark was Dakota’s first sales trainer at Glenbrook Hyundai.Mark made sales fun and exciting for Dakota and was one of the reasons Dakota stayed in car sales for so long.Tony and Dakota talked to Mark about his upbringing and the various roles Mark served in before he started his business.
Mark talked about how he took out a loan, bet on himself, and launched a School of Rock franchise in record time.
School of rock is a music lessons franchise that focuses on performance based learning (rock concerts)
Mark has a lot of fun leading and motivating his team and he’s living his best life.
Mark shares some final bits of wisdom and lessons he has learned along his journey.

Josh is a contractor who specializes in remodeling basements, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Josh talked about what it was like for him to grow up lower class and struggle in school.
Josh mentioned how he left high school at age 16 to start working.
Josh had a child shortly after leaving school and discovered working 80 hours a week wasn’t serving him or his family.
Josh began to search for knowledge on how he could leave the rat race, 9 to 5, dead end job and pursue entrepreneurship and financial freedom.
Josh went on to articulate the struggles of business, leadership, relationships, and freedom.

Former Major League Baseball Pitcher Christian Bergman, $20 million of Multifamily Real Estate Under Management
In this podcast, Tony and Dakota interview former MLB Pitcher Christian Bergman.
Christian, Tony, and Dakota became members of the Future Flipper Allstars Mastermind around the same time, learning from Ryan Pineda and his team and growing and scaling their businesses.
Christian talks about his early days of buying rental properties while he was playing professional baseball. He goes on to explain how financing for single family homes is income based and how it was more difficult for him to get financing for a house than it was for him to get the funds for a large multifamily apartment building.
Christian also talks about professional athletes (specifically baseball players) and how they need help learning how to invest so that they can maximize the income they receive during their professional career. He created a website specifically for this need.
Christian talks about how multifamily real estate is valued differently than traditional real estate and how to raise the value of property.
