Tony and Dakota interview the founder of their favorite real estate CRM, Sharad Mehta. Sharad talked about how he got his start in real estate investing. He talked about his background in accounting, finance, and taxes. Mehta shared his advice for young aspiring real estate investors as well.  
 
Sharad talked about virtually managing properties and what inspired him to create his CRM. He also talked about promoting his software, affiliate marketing, and complications that arise when you are looking to scale a software company. 
 
The end of the podcast got a bit philosophical where Sharad mentioned how he has been getting into Stoicism. Tony and Dakota weighed in on their opinions of Stoicism and spirituality. Finally, Sharad shares his legacy message at the end of the podcast.
