Tony and Dakota interviewed local Fort Wayne Realtor Jake McAfee!

 

Jake leads the McAfee Home Group at Century 21 Bradley.

When Jake isn’t busy leading his team, taking care of his family, and listing properties, he is running his podcast and posting entertaining Fort Wayne specific YouTube content.

Jake explained how he loves the change of pace and the peace of mind Fort Wayne has when compared to Orlando Florida.

Jake didn’t always live in Orlando though.

Jake first got introduced to real estate when he was cleaning out foreclosed homes in 2009.

He cleaned out homes everywhere from Phoenix, Arizona to Baltimore, Maryland.

Jake credits a lot of his success to his hard work ethic.

Jake also expresses how he wished he held onto more property and took more risks.

Jake hopes to do bigger and better things in the near future including taking market share as the real estate market begins to slow down, and buying property when good deals become available.
